I’m having problems logging in. What should I do?

The first thing to check is that your email address and password is all in the correct case (uppercase or lowercase). The next thing to check that is you have no extra spaces before or after your email address,


The next thing to check is whether an asterisk appears after the email field box when you type it in? If it does then it means there's an extra space in the email box somewhere. The easiest way to fix this is to place the cursor at the far end of the email address box. If it doesn't land flush with the last letter of your email address, just hit back space until it does. Likewise, place the cursor directly next to the first letter of your email address and hit back space to delete any extra spaces. If that doesn't fix the issue then please send through a screenshot of the error message you are getting to store.service@hmv.com, as well as how your email address appears in the email box with the cursor. This will help us to determine why you can't log in.


Lastly, please try resetting your password using the following procedure:

1.clear any cookies and history

2.visit https://purehmv.com/gb/home.aspx

3.Click on "login" and then forgot your password". This will then trigger an email that will allow you to reset your password.
